Complaint Details:
I have purchased a washing maching from J K Enterprise, Rishikesh, Uttarakhand. They told us person from Samsung will visit for demo with in 24 hr but after four of purchasing they is no sign of him not even a single call from them.and customer service told us engineer will be her on same day not no one came.Samsung provide worse service in the area.they claim, they provide service even in hill area no matter whatever the condition but they will be just talk but no service..all their promises are fake.i am just fade up with their services.i will not purchase samsung product in future
