Complaint Details:
We paid for social media services with this company almost two years back. They messed up completely. Not only did they not give us the service but also ruined our reputation with some of our customers. they agreed to give us our refund. we have been following up with them since two years. sent constant emails and left many bad reviews on google and other platforms. No refund received yet. They hardly reply. But when they do they say they will refund the money soon and then again the same cycle.
We leave emails to them almost twice a month. No replies. Waste of time, money and effort.
