Complaint Details:
I’ve just bought a new Royal Enfield Classic 350 from an authorised dealer. Its been 4 months and has covered a distance around just 3000 kms. Serviced twice as per the user’s manual directions and has never gone under any accidental or faulty situation. The chain was continuously making sound from past 3-4 weeks and since I visited the service station I’ve been told that I’ve to replace the chain on my own.
How am I supposed to pay for a fault that has not been made by me.
