Complaint Details:
I made a Purchase on Amazon using my HDFC card and i have given the details of Andhra bank for refund. They have initiated the Refund on 8/8/18 and i was told i would receive the money by 14/08/18. Todays date is 20/08/18 and i havent received the refund still. On contacting amazon regarding this they gave me a Refund Reference number[protected]. I also dropped a Mail to the Mail cbs-dcrs@andhrabank.co.in as said by the Customer support person regarding the same but i havent received any automated mail for confirmation which makes me doubtful
