Complaint Details:
I was bought A LG single door fridge from behala great eastern in January 2018 and the fridge was disputing from first day.
I had complained in lg customer care and a service peronel was trying to solve the problem but he failed. Now as a customer I want the best service from great eastern, but the workers of it’s are not helping properly.
Now I want my money back or replaced my product. Why should I suffer for buying products from your retail.
Please solve the problem or else I will go to the consumer affairs for assistance.
