Complaint Details:
There are fraud brokers at rto office indiranagar, bangalore, they have taken amount of rs. 8000/- for renewal of driving license of mine and not done the job, i had to do it myself, two persons approached and have taken the money – Shivkumar – [protected] & Raju – [protected], i have taken one of there clients rc book as security from them, they have not yet refunded the money, request you to please take strict action against them so that no one else are fooled around.in the image if u view this person shivkumar is in the middle.
