Complaint Details:
Hi – we have subscribed for yearly subscription to Times of India News Paper in Bangalore. We have called the Times of India office at Bangalore and got the dealers number and paid the whole amount for the year. We got the receipt too and after long follow up we started getting the paper since last month 10-Jul-18, but it lasted only for 15 days. After that he stopped supplying the papers and he is not reachable at all. WE called the agent who got the payment for us, even he is not taking the ownership, he gave up saying that he is not responsible. We called TOI office at Bangalore, but no response from them at all. We are running from pillar to post to get this done. We need our money back.
