Complaint Details:
I placed an order with Myntra for Boat Rockers 430 Black Bluetooth headphones on the 29th of June, 2018. While placing the order, the product had 30 day return period. I placed on order which was delivered on the 2nd of July, 2018. But due to my pre-panned vacation, i had to be out of city and returned on 10th July, 2018. I have tried to turn on the head-phone, however, they seem to be a faulty product. Now Myntra does not have any option for me to return this product and get a refund. This is setting up the wrong expectations with the customer and false commitments. Please find more details below
