Sir,
It is informed that I had applied online for booking of one RBIG TV connection on 12.03.2018 and paid Rs. 499/-. After completion registration, I got message from Reliance Big TV that Installation will be done between 30-45 days and my booking ID is A12927492. Even lapse of 73 days, I have received neither RBIG TV Setup Box nor recived any further message in this regard. In this regard, I have also emailed to installation@rbtv.in on 25.5.2018 but no reply is received till date.
It is humble request you to kindly look into the matter and provide RBIG TV Setup Box at the earliest.
