Complaint Details:
I had ordered a battery from Flipkart. But the product delivered has an image mismatch. When I appealed for return I had put the wrong reason by mistake. For that reason my replacement was not carried on. I wish to have my battery replaced. When the ekart executive came he told me to complain and treat the problem as an image mismatch. Kindly work on my issue.
