Scam or fraud: Levi’s India — inferior quality of shirt buttons

Purchased 2 nos of Levi’s shirts along with jeans from Levi’s showroom at GTBNagar, Delhi-9. Stuff of the shirts are very fine and I am enjoying to wear it. Unfortunately, I am sorry to say that the quality of the buttons are so bad and one shirts buttons are already broken. You are requested to take necessary action so that the brand name not to be disgraced.
