Complaint Details:
I purchased a blueberry cake on 30/04/2018 from Monginis Cake shop located at Sec 11, CBD Belapur. It was the worst cake I ever ate. Everyone was upset and celebration went in vain. Cake was stale. Even after asking is the cake fresh they said ya it’s fresh cream. My brother even vomitted after eating it. Please improve the cake quality as it is not acceptable from such brand.
