Complaint Details:
I keep getting calls from HDFC to have a lifetime free credit card and this time I agreed. Their exective was on the call assisting me on how to apply for it and what options needs to be chosen.
I confirmed her for several times to see if any charges will be deducted but the person told no so I went ahean and applied for it.
Now I see aroung 1700 deducted for One Assist Plan which I don’t even know.
