Complaint Details:
I am a consumer of Bharatgas (LPG) and my present distributor is M/S Banani Distributors, Kolkata 700019. My consumer Number is 2646. I booked my refill cylinder on 06.04.2018, till date no delivery has been made. It is understood that the normal delivery time for all other companies and other distributor of this company too in and around Kolkata is 4/5 days your company particularly this distributor is taking around 30 days every month. I do hereby lodge my complaint for the inordinate delay every month. Also I am not able to contact the distributor over phone for any quarry or update as the phone is always found in engaged version . Hope you will go through the matter and update the present status and cause of delay every month particularly by this distributor. More over it is not possible for me to lodge complaint for getting the refill every time. Please try to resolve this problem honestly.
