Complaint Details:
I HAVE PURCHASED A HTC U11 128 GB from on last august 31-08-2017. I purchased an Insurance plan on 15-11-2017 from OneAssist pla name: EA Value Plus worth Rs. 2599/- to protect my phone from accidental and liquid damage also from theft . My phone is damaged on 04-12-2017 due to accidentaly fell it from my hand to floor.But they are simply dishonouring it saying that is done by mistake it is not accident. My 52000 worth phone is left with me without any hope? Its screen and charging port is complaint
They are still not mailed the rejection of claim to my email id. They already conveyed it over the phone
now what to do please help
