Documents/files are not getting transferred from PC to Pen drive, CD, DVD. This problem is stared on 08 months ago. This computer was purchased at Bengaluru for the purpose of Republic Day Camp 2017 at New Delhi. Excel, Word Documents, Slides any one documents not transferred from this PC to Pen drive, CD and DVD.
