Already I called many of your staff and also registered complaints regarding the alarming sound and the filter change. Each and every day I call many of your staff., but no response. This make me so disappointed, and I decided that never I prefer Kent for my relatives or to my friends. Very very bad service. No one is having any responsibility after getting full payment. I fed up with your disgusting service.
