I am living in nanak puri colony kaithal haryana…pin code is 136027…i have 3G phone and have a Vodafone sim card having unlimited data and calls plan…The download speed of any file from any site is about 80-100KB/S even when my data limit is not exceeded…and the network always remain at point 4…so please solve the problem…i have recharged with 498 plan of FRC
