Dear Sir,
My self Thavardas Bhojvani here. I had bought a New Mahindra GUSTO two wheeler on 28th October, 2016 from Shivesh Automobile, Vadodara. At that time the showroom owner and executive said me there is no stock available for Service Book copy in showroom. They will provide me the same once they received from company. After sometime they closed the showroom and now the same authority given to TANAJI Automobile, Vadodara. As i was there for services of my vehicles they demand Service Book. I said that the same was not received from old showroom than they deny to do the service and said that if you want service than you have to pay money for the same. As per communication on Toll Free Number from last 3 months they telling me that sales team will call you and assist your problem but still today i have not received any calls from your side.
I request you to please provide me my vehicles Service Book at earliest as my vehicles services are due. Other wise i have to visit consumer court agst your company as well as Shivesh Automobile & Tanaji Automobile located in Vadodara.
