Complaint Details:
I have already posted on fb, mailed and twitted them but still the issue is not resolved. The screen got pinkish color and they are telling that it has been done by applying pressure. Nothing was done from my end but they are simply denying it. The phone is all good, there is no physical damage but still they are asking me to pay although it’s in warranty. Apart from this the logo of Samsung at the back is not in alignment but still they are not accepting it as a manufacturing defect.
