Complaint Details:
We have received a call from [protected] claiming that she is from AirTel and now your company is providing a new type of sim which reduces our bills drastically down. Upon inquiring if such is case, we would have received official sms to my mobile [protected]. She fumbled and saying that your company is authorize them to communicate orally. Tomorrow their executive will visit despite we said not to.
Kindly take immediate steps to safe guard us from the cheating of so called AirTel employee.
