Complaint Details:
Dear Sir/Madam,
I was booked my Delhi-Manali-Kullu-Delhi tour from 28 Sep 2017 to 01 Oct 2017 with Himalayan nature holidays (HNH) Tours and travels, Shimla. Two days they provide us all the things which was mentioned in tour package.
On 30 th Sep they asked me to make all the balance payment, so I done it. Next day which was my last day of tour package, they deny to arrange further planned journey.
When I warned them about police compliant then they arranged the same. But during this procedure my first half was wasted. Also return Volvo tickets was arranged at last movement. Last day Cab driver Mr. Kuldeep threatened “If you not make payment right now then I will kill both of you”. HNH was arranged cab driver through Mr. Hari Nand travel agent Manali.
My family and I went for enjoyment and fun in Manali. But due this fraud service of HNH I found myself tortured and disappointed.
So you are requested don’t go with Himalayan Nature Holidays Tours And Travels Shimla which Registration Number: 11-1028/2017 DTO SML- 1815
