Complaint Details:
We have purchased this tv in 2015. In Apr 2017 there was a blank screen issue & a techician was sent from the vendor (Pai International -Kalyan nagar) he checked the same & said that a software has to be installed. Excatly 2 months later again there is the same issue. Trying to contact someone from Pai to get this checked & they say they dnt deal with toshiba anymore.
Request you to send some one to get this repaired & hope this does not repeat again.
