Dear Concern,
I would like to bring your attention regarding on serious & common problem with Ford Ecosport. The clutch become quit harder and its not working properly. This is third time I am facing this issue with cluch plate and last two times I paid 36000 rupees and Ford changed my clutch plat every time. This happened again and I am not going to pay another 18000 rupees for the same cause.
I very frustrated with faulty CAR and its parts and I have lost my all confidence with this Car and Ford.
Every time I hear from service center that I don’t know proper driving, you use clutch too much and company told they wont pay for it and I should bear the expenses.
I drive my car single handed around 28000 km till date. I have decades years of driving experience and driven more than 20 lakh km and have not faced similar issues in other cars but service center clowns had the nerve to blame to me for the clutch problem. This is definitely a case of faulty clutch plates. Kindly help me in this case as the replacement charges are very high and fault is not on my side.
I think there is drastically some problem in ecosport clutch, as i see so many owners are complaining about clutch problem. Now this is the time company has to seriously look into the matter rather pointing fingers on the customers. Its better to recall and check for the problem.
I know very well you guys would not be surprised to see this email because same issue already raised by many customers & you guys are master and know how to handle your customers. You should try to investigate the problem in proper manner instead of start point out and blame game with your customers. This type of unprofessional and arrogant attitude definitely will affect your business sooner or later. I am going to share some data here and see how you guys are serious and capable to resolve your customer complaints.
The customers would not expect this kind of response from such good reputed company.
Please share your grievance to the MD email id is nothing but an eye wash and all the communication remains in the cold storage without any action. Inaction will substantiate this inference and must be shared with masses at large this inaction as an evidence.
I request you to please study and revert immediately if at all you have concern for your customers or else will be assumed that you are requesting me to take up the matter with masses at large through print and electronic media and also to initiate legal action under specific sections suitable for customer rights.
