Scam or fraud: Reliance Jio Infocomm — regarding failed recharge

Complaint Details:

I recharged the plan of Rs.399 on 2 August, 2017 on our Jio no. 8076532941 via My Jio App.Our amount was deducted from the account but the recharge was unsuccessful.
Till date, I’ve already contacted your concerned advisors 5 times.They always give different explanations and falsely assure that the amount will be reflected back in my account within 7 days(the ‘ seven working days has already been completed today’).
I’m highly unsatisfied by your service regarding this.At least, the assurance must be self-explanatory. I’m yet to get an assured and satisfactory action regarding my problem from your part.
