The customer id is 1003941274 . During a routine service as part of my amc for two years for Innova water purifier the hook which holds the back of the equipment has been damaged. I have made many follow ups via customer care but this issue is not addressed inspite of amc and reflects poor service provided by Eureka. As a follow up one technician came and he was not even communicated about the nature of request thought it was routine service. This is the kind of attention to complaints and I have been a customer for ten plus years
