Complaint Details:
I have purchased Royal Enfield (RE)Thunder Bird 350.CC from Sarabhai Motors, Ahmedabad 9 months back. Problem is with the Service station of RE, at Manikbaugh branch, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The persons at the service station are not properly handling the vehicles while servicing. This is the second time they had mishandled my bike. Regarding Service also the quality of Service is not upto the mark. After service, we face complain, which was not there before the service. No proper Cleaning and washing.
After spending so much on the purchase of Vehicle, not satisfy with after sales Services. Complained to the Service Manager Mr. Ravi, at Ahmedabad and also to the showroom manager of Sarabhai Mr. Deepak.
Seriously strict action is to be taken for the Service Centers provided by Royal Enfield, most of the buyers face the same problem. Kindly do the needful.
