Complaint Details:
I got a call on 18th July Afternoon by around 1pm stating that the SBI cards are being changed for all the customers and new card are being given to the customers with new format. So i believed and gave them the OTP. I got a message as below once the OTP was provided.
Rs.7, 889.00 was spent on your SBI Card no. ending XX7203 at PayTm Mobile Solutions on 18 Jul 17. Remaining credit limit: Rs.48, 870.84.”
So when i checked the SBI card Transaction status, i can see its pending with merchant to be submitted.
So i want to block this transaction.
Below the number from which i got a call: +91 9211150093.
Please have a look into this ASAP and let me know the next steps we can follow for getting back the transacted amount if possible.
