The website of Tambaram Municipality has to be developed as public friendly. All the services and information have to be known to the public through website and it should be user friendly. Although the website is available it is of no use. The commissioner has to focus for the innovative mission should not function like routine clerk. When small panchayat has developed technologically why not this Municipality. Even the public are not able to pay property tax through online and the municipality is still using auto rickshaw for announcement and by God’s grace the very old dum dum has not been used.
