Hi, I see Blue Dart is not providing services as per expectations and screwing the public with irresponsible behaviour employees. I was expecting delivery from Blue Dart from past week and the delivery area address is shown in tracking as not reachable area. I didn’t get any information from Blue Dart and no one contacted me with the info. Then I checked delivery status and got to know it is not able to deliver contacted customer care people twice and they then said we don’t have service for this address. It is minimum responsibility of the blue dart to let customers know the status. After calling thrice they are saying it will be delivered today/tomorrow and replying arrogantly no we will not deliver if you want come to office and take it. Is this the way you provide service to people remind you are getting paid for the service its not free. Because of the judicial system you guys are behaving in your own sense and don’t care about business ethics. Very pathetic service with this kind of services we India are lacking in the business after paying more and more taxes something to be implemented with strong rules before government ask for taxes from people like GST.
