Complaint Details:
Myself Santanu Mishra, i posted two emergency courier to my Daughters.
Mumbai as it was extremely urgent for me.They told me that it will be delivered within 48 hours, but its more than 8 days now and the courier is still not deliverd. My consignment no is K01331788 and D33863645 Even i went
to DTDC franchise office in Balasore franchise to know about the status of my courier and they did not respond good.
Please help me out in this issue .
