Sir,
I lost my sim card at Ashoknagar, North 24 Parganas, West Bengal. My mobile no. was 8765751937 . I want to block the sim card so that no one misuse it and at the same time I want the same no with fresh new connection. But the bsnl officials say that as the sim was issued from UP and it was not port to West Bengal, they unable to give the same no. Please advice me in this regards.
