Scam or fraud: Ways2Capital — Discrepancy about pricing

Marketing executive of the said company made me take the option elegant package service which costs 87500 rupees. I was mentioned that I need to pay 35 % of the service charge presently which is 28000 rupees. And the balance after delivery of profit. In this service I was supposed to get a guaranteed profit of 215000 rupees. But after payment of my first installment story changed. They start telling that profit is not guaranteed and I need to pay 38000 rupees more now only for alloting a team for me to give me call. This is not what I was mentioned before taking the service. I would like to lodge a complaint for the same.
