Scam or fraud: Volkswagen India — Part of the car damage during maintenance at authorized service center

Dear Sir/Madam,

I’m Dhaval Kalathia from Ahmedabad and I bought Volkswagen(VW) Polo during year 2012. Since 2012 I service my car with authorize service centre Automark Ahmedabad.

Last week on 14/06/2017 I handover my vehicle for periodic service at Automark Ahmedabad. This is my fifth periodic maintenance service from this authorized service centre of VW.

As per service adviser of Automark one of the part of vehicle (right hand side power window mechanism) is not functional and require replacement.

Though at the time of handing over of my vehicle to service centre adviser there was no such issue and the mentioned part was functional. I claim service centre that the functioning of mentioned part is damage during maintenance at service centre.

I raised issue at customer care CRM team of VW but they are adamant and not giving satisfactory answer to my issue.

Request you to let me know as a customer what rights do I have and kindly let me know name of customer protection agency wherein I can raise my issue.

Kindly do the needful and let me know the details.
