Scam or fraud: Snapdeal.com — Item not returned and no refund has been processed

Complaint Details:
Hi,

I purchased Hi-Tech Membrane for my RO from snapdeal and damaged item has been delivered to me. I requested for refund immediately but after 15 days no return and refund has been processed. I called to customer care 4-5 times and they told to pick up the item in next 1-2 days but no one came to pick up the item.

I need my money back.
