Complaint Details:
On may 24th 2017 i did transfer some amount from Phone Phe wallet to IDFC bank.
that amount not get reflected in my account. for that i spoke with Phone phe wallet customer care people(0124-6789-345 ). moret han 20 times spoke with them for that transaction issue, finally they given one ARN number and Transaction number, with these details i raised complaint in IDFC bank, they did verification from their end, after 24 hours of verification IDFC customer care people were saying that issue came from PHONEPHE wallet . we(IDFC) are not responsible for that, please check with PHONEPHE wallet team, like that they informed. Again i called PHONEPHE wallet customer care people they are not giving information about my money.
