Complaint Details:
Unhappy with product they are selling & their support.
They don’t have mechanism to test fault. I complaint that phone is heating .
They repeated tested battery temperature & said no heat.
1. They don’t have mechanism to test entire phone.
2. They try to postponed all customer queries .
Not understanding customer query, simply speak policy, Like that only .
Flipkart will soon fall. Worst store flipkart.
