Scam or fraud: Symphony Limited — Symphony Siesta 70 Desert cooler pump not working and technician harassment

Complaint Details:
I had purchased the Symphony Siesta 70 Desert cooler on 26.02.2017. The cooler has a 1 year warrantee. I had issues with the pump last week and had logged in a service request on 5th July. As I am available at home upto 1 pm on working days I had requested to make the technician visit before 1 pm. After several calls to the customer care the technician visited and repaired the product. After the repair the pucp again stopped working after 4 hours of repair. I called the technician and he informed me that he will change the pump and I do not have to log in any more service calls. The pump started working the next morning but it stopped on its own again. This happened every day and today when I am again called the technician he asked me to raise a services call. I had requested to make the technician visit before 1 pm. But the technician called me and said he cannot come when I am available at home and he also disconnected the call without commiting if he will come again or not. I am feed up with this harassment.
