Scam or fraud: Indian Railways — Refund of cancellation ticket dt.01-03-2017

Dear Sir/Madam,
In continuation of my several request to irctc for refund against canceled ticket.Details are as under:-
Kindly note that we have refunded the amount as per the following details and it may take 3-4 working days for net banking/direct debit facility and 6 – 7 days in case of payment gateways after actual refund date, to be reflect in your a/c.. PNR:2557491028 Transaction Id: 100000776142841

No action has been taken to settle down my refund against cancellation of ticket please find attached herewith scanned copy of account as on today i.e.21-03-2017 time 9.36 am (transaction and dated highlighted). and also screen shots of my transaction details.

The transaction details for refund are showing to PAYTMAG dt.3-3-2017. while i have booked e-ticket through Bank of india accounts(copy of transaction are attached for your ready reference.).
Therefore it is showing the refund are going wrong account i.e. PAYTMAG. correct is bank of india account.

in view of the above you are requested please rectify the problem as soon as possible so that refund process may settle down timely.
