Complaint Details:
I have booked KUV100/K4+/6str/ Diesel variant at Koncept Automobiles Pvt Ltd, A9, Sector 2, Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar (UP), Pin – 201301 on dated 30.04.17 with booking amount Rs. 11000/-.
At the time of booking sales representative of M&M committed to provide the Dual Tone Colour (Red & Black) similar to as available in K8 model and for this he charge some additional amount. After long discussion he gave his 100% assurance about quality and finishing of dual colour 100% similar to K8 model.
First he assured to deliver the car on 05.06.17 but unfortunately at the last moment he denied to deliver the car due to some internal reasons at the end of dealer. Secondly he ask to visit showroom on 12.06.17 to take the delivery. But when i reached at showroom find there is huge difference in terms of quality and finishing between dual color of K8 model as shown at the time of booking and my car.
When i object the same and ask to refund my booking amount since M&M is not delivering the product the i have booked and committed by sales team, the sales team of M&M threaten not to refund the booking amount.
Moreover i also surprised that the dealer also raised the invoice against my name without informing to me and also before the delivery. Please explain is this the working culture of M&M?
Here i would like to highlight that i am ready to take the delivery of car as i have booked and committed by M&M team only other please do the needful to refund the whole amount (i.e. Rs. 11, 000/-) to me as soon as possible.
