Hi Team,
I have been advised to top up my balance using online for renew of my account which is going to expire yesterday. i have opted quick recharge and amount was added for 1770 rs plan to be activated for 3 months but you people have activated other plan for 1 month and deducted my money unnecessarily. please take necessary action on this order to be on same page and i should not hear that it got delayed from my end.
i am following up on this matter, since the new plan was activated (no delay from my end) i keep on calling the customer care no response, they say we will change in 1 hour.
there is enough time now for you to change the plan as i did not used any of your data and you can see it in your record and still some balance is left in negative you can use that amount to recharge my plan to 3 months.
I have all the bills and customer recording too, for the bill amount you suggested. Please change my plan immediately with out further cheating.
