Scam or fraud: Mobikwik — Deducted money wrongly for mobile number with wrong network

Complaint Details:
I did a recharge for my Aircel no 9566665610 for 498. During recharge in Mobikwik, i entered my mobile number and it auto selects my network as Airtel instead of Aircel and i didn’t noticed that . The recharge done and they took money 498 for wrong network, Still i didn’t got that money back to my wallet and how come they charge for a mobile number with wrong network selection.That recharge is un successful right ?

My mobile number is Aircel, how come the Airtel deduct money for recharge. I Hope Airtel not loot money for a mobile number which is not their network number. I need resolution soon. Almost 17days, I waited for resolution, still no resolution came. The number i recharged is correct one, but with wrong network ( This issue happened by Mobikwik, because i trusted and go ahead with the recharge, i never thought it takes my number as Airtel instead of Aircel)

Either money is looted by Mobikwik or Airtel.

I tried contacting the customer care number of mobikwik and no number is there to talk with customer care persons.
