Scam or fraud: Beam Telecom / ACT — Connection transfer request pending from one week

Complaint Details:
I have started a request for a my connection transfer. As part of the transfer it requires little bit of wiring change in my new place. I have been in contact with the technician from 4 days but the guy just doesn’t turn up with wiring team making various excuses. I have contacted with beam customer care services regarding this issue many times by calling and mailing them. All I get is some assurances with no action taken on that.
I am stuck with ACT because I paid the bill for six months. They are really testing my patience so badly that I am ready to terminate this connection and loose my money instead dealing with all this.
