Complaint Details:
I watched the movie Chi Va Chi Sau Ka (U/A) at Cinepolis seasons mall at 10.50 pm on 6th June, 2017(Audi 10 H7). After coming out I realized that i had let my phone at the seat . At night i was not allowed to enter the mall again, so with hopes I reached the mall today morning. Please note that my cellphone was on and ringing . As soon as i reached i asked the Cinepolis guards to check it, as i wasnt allowed to go in, and kept calling my
phone so as to ease them locate the phone. However to my disappointment withing 5-6 rings the call was disconnected and switched off. I suspect that the guards kept the phone to themselves and blatantly informed me
that the phone was missing . I am deeply let down by such a response from cinepolis. This has been the worst experience at any multiplex in Pune. I wish to hear from you at the earliest else I would like to extend this
matter to social media to warn my friends and family about how cinepolis services its customers by stealing their belongings.
