I am a regular customer of Poorvika mobiles, tirunelveli for the past 5 years.
i ve purchased one celkon mobile from poorvika . The charger slot in mobile has been broken. for servicing i ve contacted poorvika, Town branch. The person who attended me asked me to go to Junction branch or some where else.being a customer of that branch i m expecting full service at that same branch.please help in this regard. expecting reply.
