Complaint Details:
Dear Customer care. I have been regularly purchasing stuff from your da milano store. Like office bags wallets shoes etc.
But recently came through a really unprofessional experience from you store in dlf da milano store noida.
While purchasing a bag worth Rs. 14000/- from your store i was told that there is a 40% discount on the bag. I made up my mind to purchase the bag at the cost of Rs. 8400/-. Which was offered to me by your store officials. The bag was packed and was about to be handed over to me while my debit card was in their hands.
Suddenly they say ssystem is not responding well please come back to us in sometime we ll hand over the bag to you then. I was called upon and was told theres a discount of 30%.
Strange isnt it. System is not accepting more than 30%. Isnt this unprofessionalism. Furious and i left the store. Seriously i donnot want to buy anything every from your store.
