Complaint Details:
My landline number is 0674-2420779 and I am not aware about any Hangama Services provided by BSNL. Still my telephone bill is getting added with additional charges of Rs410/- each time. Strange. Plz deactivate my so called activated hamgama service with immediate effect and refund the amount being taken from me towards this service at the earliest possible time. How come Hangama service gets associated with a reputed organization like BSNL and more over without taking any written consent from customer, BSNL can allow the charges to be added in its monthly bill ? isn’t it sheer cheating in day light. Plz do something and let the pride of BSNL gets restored at the earliest possible time.
