Complaint Details:
My name is sikander beri from sikar. I brought a shoe from a retailer shoe shop name is classic fashion (ganpati plaza, 1 floor, piparli road 332001) on 04/12/2016 and after few day i got that my shoe is getting defective and i complain to the shopkeeper and he said give the shoe we will return the shoe to company and company will return you a new one. But after 1 and half month the shopkeeper said these shoe never get claim. So take it back we are not responsible for these shoes. So kindly requesting you please help me out of these situation. I spend 6999/- inr for these shoe
