Complaint Details:
The Service request number : SR464366651.
I have made two IMPS transaction each of 50k on 20 th march,
second transaction was made due to transaction timeout of the first,
even second transaction was also timeout in the portal .
Called customer care they have said, “transaction was unsuccessful and amount
1 lakhs (50 k twice)will be credited back to my account within 3 working day’s
and there is no chance amount will credited to beneficiary account”.
Since there is no updated I have called again on 27 th march,
each time they give different explanation.
They don’t have basic system knowledge, transaction can’t be partial,
it should be either successful or failure.
Timeout will be considered as failure case. Please educate them.
