Dear Yamaha motors,
I have recently given my vehicle for servicing in Sai Ram motors, Padi, Chennai but the work they did was very bad. It was attended by service person Mr. Ajmal. He told that the vehicle would get ready in 3 days but it took 18 days to return without attending the problem completely. The communication was poor. Issue in my bike after servicing is listed below
* Friction Sound when brake is applied in low gear
* Electrical problem in bike
* Oil leakage
But the person who has done the servicing did very bad service. The brake shoe was changed to a new one but sound was coming continuously. After taking my bike to local mechanic shop, they found that a bolt was not tightened. After tightening, problem of sound was resolved.
The service person was unable to find the electrical problem in my bike. Instead he told that the battery was not good and told to replace it. Then I took it to local Electrical workshop and found that the Rectifier was not working. After replacing the rectifier, the problem was resolved.
After service, I found that the oil was leaking slowly.
I found the service person Mr. Ajmal as inexperienced.
